School Fees 2023 - 2024

Registration Fee:

A one-time fee of 10,000 THB is payable at registration. Non-refundable.

Insurance:

1,000 THB. This Group Insurance is mandatory; this covers a maximum amount of 10,000 baht per incident, while at school, any additional costs have to be paid by parents. Non-refundable.
(We, therefore, suggest getting personal health and accident insurance for your child.)

Notes:

School fees remain the same regardless of the length of holiday in some months.
There is no reimbursement or refund for absence due to sickness or personal days off taken.
Once you have enrolled and paid the tuition fees, refunds are not possible.
Payment of all fees shall be made two days before the tentative start date.

Whats Included

Full tuition during regular school hours as posted on the school timetable.
Healthy lunch, morning and afternoon snacks provided by the canteen.
Worksheets and stationaries as required for children in Nursery - Grade 1.

Whats is not Included

For transportation fees, please inquire within.
Exercise books and stationery.
Some Extracurricular Activities.
Domestic school trips as planned by the school.
School uniform.

Billing Procedure

Fees are payable in advance either monthly, termly, or annually throughout the year. All invoices will be sent every 25th of the month or five (5) days before the billing cycle ends; all payments must be made on or before the due date stated on the student’s statement of accounts.

Late Payment

Late payment of tuition fee will incur a 200 THB penalty. If an invoice is not paid on the due date, a 200 THB penalty will be calculated daily as a result of overdue fees.

Late Pick Ups

We recommend students to be dropped off no later than 8:30 AM. Teachers and support staff will supervise students from 8 AM - 3:45 PM. If students are picked up after 4:00 PM, there will be a 200 Thai Baht fee; after 5 PM, there will be a 500 Thai Baht fee.

For emergency cases where you can’t pick up your child in time, please contact and inform the office immediately so we can arrange a person who can stay with your child. (Please be aware that penalties for late pick-up still apply in certain emergency situations.)

School Schedule

The school welcomes children from 8:00-8:30, with breakfast starting at 8:30 am. The last class finishes at 15:00. Please pick up children between 3:00-3:45 pm.

All payments are payable in Thai Baht.
